AI Receptionist

Every call answered. Every opportunity recorded.

A 24/7 voice receptionist that answers routine questions, qualifies callers, books appointments and records every conversation in your system.

Live demo coming soon.

The problem

Voicemail is where good leads disappear.

Calls outside business hours

Someone decides to book in the evening and reaches an answering machine.

Calls while the team is busy

The phone rings while your staff are with a customer, and it goes unanswered.

Repetitive questions and manual booking

The same opening hours and price questions take time that should go to customers in front of you.

Capabilities

What it can be configured to do.

  • 24/7 call answering
  • Answers based on approved business information
  • Lead qualification
  • Calendar booking
  • Human transfer and escalation
  • CRM records and call summaries
  • 80+ languages, including Lithuanian, English and Russian
  • Follow-up triggers

Every capability is configured for your business before launch. What is switched on is agreed with you — it is not a fixed feature list.

Safety and control

You decide what the receptionist can do.

Approved knowledge and scripts
It answers from information you have approved, and says so when a question falls outside it.
Escalation rules
You define when a call goes to a person, and callers can ask for one at any point.
Recording and consent
Call recording and transcript handling are configured to match your legal obligations.
Testing before launch
The setup is tested against real call scenarios before it takes a live customer call.
Ongoing review
Calls are reviewed after launch so the rules and answers keep improving.

The receptionist does not operate without oversight. It follows rules you set and escalates anything outside them.

Integrations

Built around the tools you already use.

Designed to work with your current phone, calendar and CRM where the available integrations allow it. What is possible for your setup is confirmed during the discovery call, not assumed.

Pricing

Two parts, both scoped with you.

Implementation
Scoped after the discovery call, based on your telephony, calendar and CRM setup.
Ongoing
Depends on call volume, telephony, model usage and the level of support agreed.

Questions

About the receptionist.

Will callers know it is AI?

Yes. The receptionist identifies itself as an automated assistant at the start of the call, and a caller can ask for a person at any point.

Can it use my existing number?

In most setups yes — calls are forwarded from the number you already publish, so you keep it. What is possible depends on your telephony provider, and it is confirmed before anything is built.

What happens when it cannot answer?

It follows the escalation rules agreed with you: transfer to a person, take a message, or book a callback. Whichever happens is recorded with the rest of the call.

Can it book into my calendar?

Yes, where your calendar exposes an integration that allows it. Appointment types, available slots and buffers are configured with you before launch.

Which languages are supported?

The receptionist speaks over 80 languages, including Lithuanian, English and Russian. Which of them are switched on for your business is decided during configuration, so callers hear only the languages you expect.

How is pricing calculated?

Implementation is scoped after the discovery call. The ongoing cost depends on call volume, telephony, model usage and the level of support agreed. Both are in the proposal before work begins.
