FAQ

Straight answers before we start.

If your question is specific to your systems or process, a short discovery call is usually the fastest answer.

Projects

How much does a project cost?

Price depends on scope, integrations and the condition of your current systems. After a discovery call, you receive a written scope, timeline and price. Any public “from” price is a guide, not a final quote.

How long does implementation take?

A focused website can often be delivered in a few weeks. Connected CRM, automation or AI Receptionist work takes longer. The confirmed timeline is included in the proposal.

How quickly can we start?

Availability changes. Veyv confirms the earliest realistic start date before you approve the proposal.

Existing systems

Can Veyv work with my current website or CRM?

Usually yes. The first step is to check what access and integrations your current tools allow, then decide whether to build on them, replace part of them, or start again. That assessment happens before anything is quoted.

Can Veyv improve my current website?

Yes. The first step is to assess whether improvement, partial replacement or a rebuild offers the best value.

Do I need to change my CRM?

Not necessarily. Veyv can work with an existing CRM when its access and integrations support the required workflow.

Do you work with Shopify?

Shopify can be part of a project. The exact SEO, CRM and automation options depend on the store setup and installed apps.

Delivery and support

What happens after launch?

You receive access, documentation and a handover. Ongoing support and improvement can be agreed separately; any recurring commitment is stated before work begins.

Do you work outside Lithuania?

Yes. Veyv is based in Vilnius and can work remotely with businesses across Europe, subject to project fit and legal requirements.

Can you automate internal processes?

Yes, when the process is clear and the tools expose suitable access. Veyv first maps the workflow, exceptions and human approvals before automating it.

AI Receptionist

Will callers know it is AI?

Yes. The receptionist identifies itself as an automated assistant at the start of the call, and a caller can ask for a person at any point.

Can it use my existing number?

In most setups yes — calls are forwarded from the number you already publish, so you keep it. What is possible depends on your telephony provider, and it is confirmed before anything is built.

What happens when it cannot answer?

It follows the escalation rules agreed with you: transfer to a person, take a message, or book a callback. Whichever happens is recorded with the rest of the call.

Can it book into my calendar?

Yes, where your calendar exposes an integration that allows it. Appointment types, available slots and buffers are configured with you before launch.

Which languages are supported?

The receptionist speaks over 80 languages, including Lithuanian, English and Russian. Which of them are switched on for your business is decided during configuration, so callers hear only the languages you expect.

How is pricing calculated?

Implementation is scoped after the discovery call. The ongoing cost depends on call volume, telephony, model usage and the level of support agreed. Both are in the proposal before work begins.

Still have a question?

A short call answers the ones that depend on your systems faster than any page can.
