1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of the Veyv website and any services provided by Veyv, and apply to business clients (B2B) engaging Veyv's services, not to consumer purchases.

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Veyv provides digital business infrastructure services, including but not limited to:

  • Website Design & Development
  • SEO and AI-search optimization (GEO/AEO)
  • CRM Implementation
  • AI Receptionist (AI-powered call answering, built on newo.ai)
  • AI Automation
  • Technical Consulting
  • Ongoing Support

Project scope is agreed individually before work begins.

3. Proposals & Pricing

All pricing displayed on the website is indicative. Final pricing depends on project scope, complexity, integrations, and requirements. Written proposals supersede any pricing displayed on the website.

4. Payments

Projects typically require an upfront payment before work begins. Remaining payments follow the agreed milestone schedule.

Late payments may delay project delivery and may accrue statutory interest for late payment under Lithuanian commercial law, in addition to the amount owed.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Supply necessary materials
  • Review deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
  • Respond to requests during the project

Delays in communication may affect timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.

Veyv retains ownership of:

  • Internal workflows
  • Frameworks
  • Reusable components
  • Automation templates
  • Development methodologies

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms such as Shopify, Vercel, Cloudflare, Google, Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic, HubSpot, newo.ai.

Veyv is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee:

  • Search engine rankings
  • Revenue growth
  • Sales volume
  • Business performance

Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project, except where liability cannot be limited by law (such as gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

9. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delivery dates may change due to:

  • Scope changes
  • Delayed client feedback
  • Third-party services
  • Technical issues beyond our control

10. Portfolio Rights

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Veyv may showcase completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes. Confidential business information will never be disclosed.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project before completion. Completed work remains payable. Any prepaid work already completed is non-refundable.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes not resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
